Worst delivery company. Suppose to be delivered next working day, sends an email to me saying we will deliver today and they dont turn up. Rang them back and lies again it will be today, does not turn up again. Been 5 days now without delivery. Aviod this company. Dont understand why retailers use this DX service.
DX delivered oak skirting & architrave propped outside in the heat & rain. Yet the driver claimed it was signed for & left safe. A TOTAL LIE. Anyone could have taken them & we'd have been none the wiser until we took our wheelie bin down to the gates for roadside collection! Not safe, not signed for. Driver unfit for secure deliveries. THE RESPONSE FROM DX SUGGESTING I CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEMONSTRATES HOW THATCHAM DEPOT DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN! IF THEY READ THEIR REVIEWS THEY WOULD SEE AN ENDEMIC PROBLEM YET THE THATCHAM MANAGEMENT DON'T TAKE OWNERSHIP THEY ARE INEPT.
Shit service. Lost my parcel and telling me that parcel has been delivered to different address just because they couldn’t find my home address. Such a lier staff.not helpfull. They need to improve their service. My parcel was quite expensive.
AVOID AVOID AVOID The worst delivery. They didn't deliver on the right day, and on the phone, they said they couldn't help, even though I explained that I couldn't pick it up on another day. The customer service did not help, they said to wait for it to come and it will come. If not on another day, then every other day. How can you write one day of delivery and decide to deliver on another day, when you specifically take a day off to pick up your parcel and they tell you that they will deliver on another day? When you explain to them that no one will be at home and you will not take another day off to wait all day again, they say what do you want? We will not deliver to you today. What kind of attitude to customers? Why not help them and lie that they tried to deliver when they didn't even do it?
Rang the correct number to speak to the transport manager to ask about the driving job. Only to be put in my tracks that I have to apply via online application. When I wanted to get a feel of the company from the transport manager. Im Old school. The way dx handled the call with a middle man asking the transport manager questions would of been quicker if had the chance myself. Shame DX Lost out.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My delivery went missing, but is claimed to have been delivered. It definitely didn't end up in the right address. The company are refusing to do anything to fix the problem. Phone line isn't open right now and the web chat doesn't have anyone on it. It's the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday... DX are refusing to cooperate with the seller, who is chasing them to fix things.

My delivery was delivered to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS! Appalling service. Shocking that the DX Delivery Driver thought it acceptable to drop off 3 large storage racks to the wrong address without checking if it was correct. The poor recipient had to put my delivery in their car and deliver to my address!
Have had 3 deliveries from DX and not 1 arrived on time. Was waiting for 3rd delivery which was 2 assistance chairs as I am disabled which did not arrive when stated on tracking. I have to have help receiving deliveries as I am in a wheelchair . I called DX and after holding g on phone for 1 hrs was told to call back tomorrow to see if they have been scheduled. Very poor service considering I had to pay £99.99 for each of my 2 chairs.....RIP OFF. Would not recommend to an enemy.
