No job is too big or too small and the team always produce quality items. If you’re looking for a reliable and dependable supplier of uniform and/or merchandise, I’d highly recommend Simply Uniform - They’re absolutely fantastic!

    I have been using Simply Uniform for corporate workwear and promotional items for many years. From polo shirts, to mugs, to embroidered tablecloths, the quality and speed of turnaround has always been excellent. If I need something quickly I know I can rely on them to pull out all the stops. I definitely recommend them.

    SHOCKINGLY BAD. AVOID!!! Girl on reception who took order can’t even read or write, has the memory of a sive and the personality of a brick. Utterly hopeless!! I even had to fill in the order forms for her. Took her five attempts to write a simple email address. I ended up writing it down. Collected order and everything was incorrect on every garment. No apology. Matthew even offered to take the garments back and reimburse me only 75% of the invoice I had already paid. Think he needs therapy if I would accept that. Had to threaten legal action. When I did, he offered full refund with abysmal bad attitude. In 40 years in business, I’ve never come across such arrogance, incompetence, bad performance and such a bad attitude. Do yourself a favour. Go elsewhere. These people are the WORST of the WORST. Despicable. I’ve since engaged a professional friendly exacting outfit. The difference is night and day and they are cheaper. The response is commensurate with the poor attitude towards his his Customers. Read other reviews. He mentioned trademark issue.that had been applied for. Yet if he is still worried about fraud, why did he not tell us he was going to omit the trademark from our garments without even telling us first. Why no apology? Why miss out the embroidery on the collars. Pure incompetence. No excuses. The list goes on. Matthew would argue with himself if left in a room by himself. Nothing but excuses. Bad attitude. No apologies. Total incompetence. Now he’s ran out of excuses, he now blames the platform for hosting reviews. You couldn’t make all this up.

    Matt and his team pulled out all the stops to get us our t shirts for a big award with 48 hours notice which was incredible. Every item of clothing we order is embroidered or printed to the highest standard and colours are replicated perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and beyond to get orders to us on time. i cannot recommend this company enough for all your uniform needs. 5 stars all the way!

    We went into showroom to purchase uniforms for 2 people with our company logo on. We were told they would email order confirmation We waited after a week we got in touch said again they would email us 2 weeks still nothing. Rang they said they would chase order up .Later on that day got an email from Matthew Harrison managing director saying he could not supply order as would be conflict to Lindsay Phillips who was a long standing customer who we used to work for before we set up our own cleaning company me and my wife only just to let people know that if simply uniform have clients you use to work for Matthew Harrison will have no time for you or your business Room for improvement poor attitude from Managing Director Matthew Harrison

    I placed an order for school uniform (around Β£100.00) and received an email the following day to explain to wait 10 working days to receive my order. I waited and at the 15 day mark I called for an update. I was told they had most of my order but 1 item was proving difficult to obtain due to supplier stocks. I asked to cancel just this 1 item and was told they couldn't because the supplier might have sent it out....? But was told that they'd get a message over to "warehouse" to dispatch the part of my order they did have. After waiting until the following week and having heard nothing via email or phone, I called again and asked when the items were being sent out. I was advised they'd do so straight away but the 1 item they had struggled with, they still couldn't give me a date..! It has taken a total of 32 working days to actually receive my order, with no communication from Simply Uniform unless chased. Avoid. Unless you've the time to chase them for updates and movement. Edit: I appreciate covid may have caused delays, however, it doesn't prevent you sending an email or making a phone call to update customers, and ultimately providing good customer service. A customer should not have to chase multiple times. As for the comment regarding your supplier, someone in the supply chain should know when items are available. Out of courtesy, it would perhaps be good practice to allow a customer to cancel if you're unable to provide any timeframe, especially after over a month has passed.

    Simply Uniform Or just simply the best!!! To give this company a 5 star rating would be an understatement. From the very first meeting I knew they would be the ones to supply my companies uniform. Any request was never to much and dealt within a timely manner. All the staff there were extremely kind, helpful and always made the time to deal with me. We spent all the time the was required on the clothing and the outcome was everything I wanted. I would just like to take the opportunity to say thank you SO much for all your hard work and delivering exactly what you said you would. Best wishes Serenity Bathrooms
