   My experience as a tenant renting through Nock Deighton has been fantastic! The whole process from applying for a property all the way through to moving in was very smooth and easy. The team are always happy help with any issues or questions you have and nothing is too much trouble, in particular Tracey Jones who is a true credit to Nock Deighton. There are no hidden costs and properties look exactly as shown in their advertisements. Repairs and maintenance are carried out on time thanks to staff like Lianne, Sylvia, Tracey and Millie who have good communication skills and offer swift response to issues.

   Nock Deighton Telford always go above and beyond whilst providing a 5 star service at all times. From their professional communication to their efficient organisation, they have made being first time landlords so much easier for us. From first meeting with the Nock Deighton team, they were extremely knowledgeable and helped educate us on legislation relevant to being landlords. From then they have dealt with everything on our behalf swiftly and we have not had a single issue. All members of the Telford team have been so polite, friendly and helpful and we will continue to use them and only them for any properties we buy in the future. I can't fault their service and even more so when we have our house inspections every 6 months. Sylvia Hames has always made us feel so relaxed when doing the inspection.    I have rented a property with Nock Deighton for several years now and have been having six monthly visits from Sylvia Hames for regular house inspections and property management. Sylvia has been great and makes the process non-invasive and efficient. Sylvia portrays herself and the company in a professional manner but also very friendly and comfortable. The online process of reporting issues has always been quickly addressed and have had a few visits from Lee for repairs who is also very lovely!    I’d like to thank Nock Deighton especially Millie Hicks for there services in the process of renting out a property. In the past I’ve found estate agents favour either the tenant or the landlord but in this case it seemed to be balanced and the response time back and forth from each side was done in a very timely manner. Millie seem to have a good balance of being very professional and at the same time making everything very comfortable like a friendly chat.
