   I have recently just ended an 11 year tenancy (Due to purchasing a property) which was managed by Belviour lettings Northwich branch. My overall experience has been a positive one. The Northwich team have been brilliant with handling any issues that arose with maintenance and any work required was dealt with to a high standard by professional tradesmen's. Kerry the office manager is amazing and understanding to which you can an honest conversation with. I would highly recommend Belvoir Northwich to anyone looking for a letting agency to let from.

   A company that loves what they do. I just completed the process of renting a house with Belvoir and all I can say is that it was superb! From viewing up until the last part of the process everything was smooth. Clare was the one who accommodated us and she was a lovely lady. Showed enthusiasm even during the viewing that I haven't seen on the other agents that I had a viewing with. Once I confirmed my intent to rent, I received an update from them just a few hours after the viewing. Belvoir will definitely my first choice if ever I will rent a house again.

We found the rates to be fair and importantly to me transparent and clear. James carried out the initial introduction and demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the process. We were provided detailed guidance about how to register as a landlord, what certificates are required etc. Clare facilitated a viewing, Again, great professionalism with a positive attitude accompanying the potential tenants. Once let out the team ensured we had the correct documents completed from legal and tax point of view and also arranged professional cleaning and inventory check, all in a timely manner. The communication from Clare has been fantastic and sets my mind at rest to know I will receive a quick response at all times. Thanks to the whole team.
