   Phenomenal service from start to finish. I instructed Jordan and Halstead Middlewich to sell my home. As someone who had never sold a property before they supported me each step of the way, made everything easy to understand and kept me updated on feedback from viewings. Once I had accepted an offer on my home Layla kept each party up to date, ensured any bumps we had down the line were addressed and resolved. Even when we had delays on our onward purchase she was fantastic and keeping everyone in the loop. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jordan and Halstead anymore. Layla is amazing and an asset to the business.

   Katie couldn’t have been more helpful for us in selling our home. As first time sellers, Katie was supportive and reassuring about everything, nothing ever felt like too much trouble, no message was left unanswered and she worked incredibly hard to get our sale pushed through right at the end.    We're truly grateful to Dan and the team at Umbrella Homes! After using other Estate Agents in Middlewich trying to sell our home on two previous occasions, we were dreading the process once again but desperately wanted a larger space. Along came Umbrella Homes, what a absolute breath of fresh air for Middlewich and the surrounding areas. Dan and his team were extremely knowledgeable of Middlewich and the market. Communication was just incredible, the honesty and integrity was much appreciated, and the photos and listing was just superb. Dan also had the patience of a saint when it came to dealing with our new house builders. If you're selling your home locally we'd only recommend and use Umbrella Homes in the future.

   What can I say about Umbrella Homes, they were fantastic from day one with initial contact. Dan took all the stress out of selling our home, he work around us when it came to photos, highly valued our input for the sale brochure and made the day of viewings feel like a normal day with updates on how it was going. Even after we gave instruction and an offer was accepted Dan had us in his mind through all aspects up to and beyond completion day. Yes you might see big names about more but the finesse and personalisation an independent firm like Umbrella Homes can gives is far superior. If we were to ever move again I would give them a call in an instant, and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

   I can’t recommend Umbrella Homes enough - the experience has been second to none! Dan managed our sale and was excellent from start to finish. The marketing material was great and our house was sold within a week of him first coming out to take photos and video. Dan was there every step of the way, answering any questions and making sure we were up to date throughout and also ensuring everyone else in the process had what they needed and knew what was happening. The developer we were buying our new home from said he was so great to deal with and extremely helpful - a welcome change from the usual estate agents they have to deal with. Definitely a 5 star experience - thank you so much Dan, you’ve made the process so easy and much less stressful!!
