   I can't fault BJB one bit. They valued my property at a good price, sold the property at the asking price within a fortnight and were there every step of the way. That included the loss of mother and were sympathetic and sensitive. They kept me informed every single step of the way and their marketing information for the property far surpassed anybody else. Special mention to Ryan and Natasha who were my contacts in the Sandbach office, and were a total support.

Our Agent was Natasha and she was fabulous, she really helped us with negotiating dates, dealing with delays on the mortgage side and keeping the whole process on track.
