   They are incredibly difficult to get hold of. They don’t call you back when they say they will, their communication is very poor. Me and my family have tried to contact them 6 times within the past month and have had one very short and half-hearted email from them saying they would get back to me. If you want to be kept in the loop, I wouldn’t recommend this company in my honest opinion.
