I moved to a new house recently and subscribed to the royal mail 6 month redirection service. But it is not working, my parcels are still delivered to the old address!
Are general management of Royal Mail understand that people who await for the delivery need to take day off and than apparently when awaiting for the parcel all day receive message "No Answer"? How in general some of the postman can do it? It's already second time in the year when absolutely unfortunate I'm ordered from John Louise who working with useless Royal Mail! How even dare you people send the message that "No Answer"! Disgusting service! Disgusting!

"Are you a british citizen" and "what is your nationality" questions from her were not justified! Furthermore there are always long lines, it would be reasonable to operate a larger branch in Wokingham! Substandard service was there!
Incompetent. Can't deliver a parcel correctly, three times they've got it wrong. Even called prior to delivery due today to make sure was right and after being on hold for 30mins, assured be delivered correctly they've delivered it wrong again. It's not hard to read a postcode. How do they even have jobs??? Fuming.
Disgracefully have been using a diesel generator in the centre of town for over 3 months now. Pollution seen on walls is going into the publics lungs. Sort it out
A bit odd to visit this deserted office, once the bustling post office for Wokingham. Is this progress? Not so sure...
FYI, check the opening hours before you leave. At the moment, the hours on the Google map is exactly same as they displayed.
I have received on 3 occasions a letter that is addressed for Nottingham but it keeps being posted to me ! Come on sort it out. The poor individual who is supposed to be receiving this may have a birthday, wedding or some other special occasion but you seem incapable of either reading the address on the envelope or the post code!
Pathetic that the Post Office moved from an ideal location in the town what can only described as shambles in W H Smiths. The space remains empty whilst the Post Office in WHSmiths is overwhelmed. Totally inadequate for Wokinghams towns post needs. This was identified even before the Post Office was moved and despite pleas from the local community not to do it. So much for customer service!!!!!!! In the meantime I go to Royal Mail to return a parcel but they have NO Scan and label service recommending that instead I should go to Royal Mail in Bracknell to do this! Royal Mail needs to join the 21st century and get its act together along with the Post Office and get back together again in the purpose built building so fit for the service they are supposed to be providing. Another great British cockup.
Oh what a useless website. It says that Wokingham Post Office was open till1730 on Xmas Eve. When I got there at 1645 it was closed. Similarly it lies by saying it is open Xmas Day! Why can't they post holiday opening times like for instance Aldi, who manage to keep their customers properly informed?
