   I send packages abroad from Reading West delivery office every few months. I take the package in on a Saturday morning and I can see from the tracking that it just sits there until Monday at least before moving on to Swindon. This time it was more convenient for me to take my package to Pangbourne, and by Sunday morning it was already at Heathrow! Very efficient service - I'll be sending things from here in future.

   I’ve been to a few delivery offices, but this one has not impressed me. Service could be better. The staff didn’t even scan my parcel.
