   I had accident and call not helpful speak to lady for 15 minutes and did not know so disappointed. When you take new policy so professional but when you got the policy no help very very poor service

   I am happy with the customer service BUT the main issue is they don't communicate by email, I request to send my quote by email, but apparently, they can't or don't do that, but why, all customers want to see what is in their policy before purchase it in details. . thank you
