   Made a massive confusion and ended me without my car for 5 months saying my car will be written off then fixed. Now they agreed to fix my car but only the bodywork and not the oil leak and engine light damage. Originally was told my cars a write off. They only fixing my car to avoid paying the garage a storage fee of my car of £1800 due to the long duration they took to make there mind up. Oh and they have left me without a car and a courtesy car. E sure ? More like e fraud.

   Absolute shambles of a company who need to hang their heads in shame if you ask me. Save your hard earned money and take your custom elsewhere! I had an elderly woman hit my car who was also insured with Esure (Epoor) and though she's hit my car whilst I was stationary - in a layby , they've paid her out! She had a private estimate carried out which showed more damage to her car than any of pictures provided from the scene and afterwards. Side contact yet apparently damage to the rear bumper and rear screen?! Clearly shown on their documents which I provided to Epoor. She tried to get me to go private with her for ages and once I refused.... Epoor settled in her favour. Epoor asked me to provide further evidence at my leisure, then moved on with her false claim. Without waiting for the evidence.... whilst I was gathering it. I spoke with a gentleman named Neil on the 21st of Feb to complain. He told me that they'd give me £100 compensation and would come back to me in four working days. Absolute joke when my premiums will go up across three cars, £100 won't scratch the surface. Epoor once more. It's now the 15th of March, surprise surprise, they've still not contacted me or made any attempts to resolve the matter. It's clear Epoor do not care about their customers. Well done guys, you paid out a scammer with a false claim who tried all she could to get money out of my personal pocket. Safe to say, I've cancelled the auto-renewal and will NOT be giving my custom to Epoor in future.

   WORST CAR INSURANCE EVER. Refused to give me a hire car when it was in my policy. Refused to send anyone to come and look at my car. Increase my insurance amount without telling me why. Took two months to get my payout from my insurance claim. They send your payout by cheque to prolong it. Engineer tried to just send me the payout without me agreeing to the amount. They tried to send me a cheque and arrange collection of the car when I decided to keep it. Avoid at all costs, joke of a company.

   This company is SCAM!!! My car’s door got damaged by my temporary driver but instead of repairing, they sent me mail of total loss. Had to sell the car at a high loss. At first, they told me if I suspend my account then at the end of the time of my policy, I’d get the money back for my suspended time frame. But after a month, they told me since I had made a claim, I would get £0 back even though I suspend my account. TOTAL SCAMMMM!!!!

   Complete scam comoany. They have no idea how to deal with claims. Had 2 non fault accidents last year, both times I have dash cam footage and pictures to prove I'm not at fault, took these scumbags nearly a year to deal with the claims during which when I renewed my insurance I paid an increased premium on the bases when the claims are settled they'll oay me back. Well one claim gets settled so they reduce my monthly payments by a lot. Second claim after numerous calls, emails and complaints gets settled and now these idiots won't pay me back the money they owe me. Complete scam company! I have emailed, called, tried everything, soent hours on the phone to just be bounced between people and eventually told someone will contact me but do they, like f they do. Esure is a complete scam company, do not for any reason ever use them, they can't deal with non fault claims where you provide concrete proof you're not in the wrong then god help you if you don't have any proof of what happened and leave it to these idiots to deal with, they'll bleed you dry and leave you to rot! I will be taking legal action against these scum bags
