I happened to purchase a 7 days policy insurance as I was in the process of selling my car, my car turned out to be sold quicker than expected which resulted in me having to cancel the insurance sooner than expected. Unfortunately this insurance company doesn't offer any partial refunds or any good will gestures. Also the customer service provided by the operators seems too robotic, scripted, and not very professional.

Tried to sort short term car insurance this morning. Went all through the process to payment but the payment gave an issue unable to take payment even though there are more than enough funds in account. Went onto there chat service to explain the situation to be told its my bank? While still on chat a made a Amazon purchase without issue using same card. The person on chat was adamant its my banks fault.... since being on the chat i have put petrol in my car and purchased a sandwich from two seperate places using same card no issue. Now im stuck trying to sort insurance with another company

i applied for a one day cover and mucked up the dates which meant my cheap 1 day cove was going to cost me double. I contacted the agents straight away and they refunded me. I wasn't expecting that! Good service and a good product.
Excellent efficient service! I accidentally put in details for myself instead of my wife when purchasing a policy. I contacted the team via the chat facility and they responded immediately and cancelled my original policy as a gesture of goodwill and also provided me with a discount code to take out a new policy on behalf of my wife.
