   As you can see from Ian review just below, I'm experiencing the exact same issue. From set up of the insurance they were great, and very efficient so they could get your money. First time I've had to have a claim in 4 years with them, and it's been so painful to see how bad they have been. So slow in reponse, they do not care about you as a customer, I still have not been paid about for my write off car and they expect me to hand my courtesy car back. I could literally write a list of everything they have done wrong but I can't be bothered. Honestly just look else where.

   You never know how bad your insurer is until you need to make a claim, well now I know. The worst experience I have had with any service provider in over 20 years in business. Levels of incompetence bordering on negligence, they just didn't care about me their customer, they were just concerned about mitigating the claim for their insurer First Underwriting (who were as equally useless) even though this was a none fault claim. They were so entrenched with arguing with me about the value of my car and my expenses that they let the third party insurer (who were at fault) run rings around them for almost a full year to the point where I had to fight tooth and nail to get the claim finalised a week before I changed insurers so that it wouldn't show as an outstanding claim. The worst feeling about the whole saga, having been involved in a none fault heavy collision during the first 3 weeks of my policy I was left feeling like I was uninsured for the rest of the year because of they way I'd been treated and the incompetence I had endured, I now knew the value of the insurance I'd paid for. So if you value your cars go elsewhere for your insurance because they don't.

   A refreshingly good company to deal with. Proper customer service, with a human not a computer. I have a number of modern and classic vehicles and nothing is too much trouble for them. Can't recommend highly enough.
