   Thatcham branch really need to sort out there telephone system. You used to be able to call and someone answered in 30 seconds, now your on hold for 10 minutes unable to get through. Get them looked at soon please guys before you loose customers

   I first tried out A-Plan Insurance about 18 months ago and was very impressed at their thorough fact finding in order to recommend the right policy for me. It is all too easy to just go with the first quote even if it does not really meet you needs. As it turned out, A-Plan were also very competitive as well and so I have now moved all of my insurance policies to them. It is also reassuring to know that if I should ever have to claim on a policy, then I can just call A-Plan and they'll deal with the insurance company for me.
