   Was okay when I took out insurance. Later when I cancelled a proposed renewal it was awful. 3 calls and an email were not acted on and had cash taken from my bank account for a policy I had not renewed.

   They are quick enough to take you cash but you try getting it back when you cancel, it takes several emails and a couple of calls.

   So always good with the first insurance for cars... in subsequent years on they rip you off. Q£1400 for second year £700 higher than first year then when I went direct to same insurer I was offered £359. Shop around for second year quotes.
