   I would give 5* to Connor, his professionalism and knowledge were excellent and he went above board to help me find the best price. The only criticism I have was the lack of opaque information available on the website. This was regarding the no claims bonus not being able to be transferred from a car to a van. This was my first van purchase and due to this lack of info my premium went up an additional £150.

   I have easily purchased a new insurance policy without any issues whatsoever. It was very straight forward and quite fast. I tried the day before with another company but they made me wait 24h. I spoke to Awa. She was so helpful, experience, and very knowledgeable! She was really professional, understandable and also very patient with me and the process. I am sorry to go on about her, but she was indeed quite efficient got the job done in no time, with extras I was did not ask for or expect.    Just terrible. We moved from existing van insurer as they offered a cheaper quote. Within 1 month during the Christmas holidays they cancelled our contract and charged us 3 months premium for 1 months insurance. Back with Quoteline. Much more ethical company

   I wish I had read up on reviews before getting involved with this company. Applied and paid online. Had to chase them for policy to start. Lots of questions later and 5 call backs finally got what I wanted but at a higher premium but by then I needed to collect my vehicle. Then emails asking for driving licence and authorisation to view my driver details. I sent these and they’re constantly emailing, texting and calling to say they haven’t received them. When they finally found my emails are now asking me for an additional £300 premium or my policy would be cancelled. Jokers DO NOT get involved with this company. Currently waiting for a call back as I’ve asked them to listen to all the calls they made to me as they’re now trying to say I lied about no claims discount on another vehicle.

   I like to think I`m a fair and balanced person. It takes an awful lot for me to even consider leaving a review. This company attempted to charge me 50% extra premium because I got the date slightly wrong on my disclosed SP50 (2021 instead of 2020) It expires in 2024 not 2023. OK so maybe an extra £20? Most mainstream insurers charge little or nothing extra for SP30/50 three points £80 fine offences but these people seized upon it and added around £265 on top of an exhaustive £530 premium. This is on top of the approaching 2 hours homework you get after taking out the insurance like uploading licenses, NCD papers, DVLA checks. I then cancelled to be told its £75 to cancel and have to wait a week for a refund. I did cancel anyway as I do not trust this company. On top of that I believe may be a problem in the event of an accident. Went to Direct Line took 10 minutes and cost was £326 including SP50 date 2021 and the excess was less. Crucially Direct Line are a highly regarded company.

   The worst company I have ever met, I have been asking them about my No Claims Bonus for a few weeks, ( I need it for another company) unfortunately they don't want to send it to me. When I signed the contract with them at the beginning, they were very nice and communicative before I made the transfer, now that I terminated the contract with them because they wanted double money for renew contrakt, they don't even want to send me my not claim bonus
