   Very disappointed. We went for Christmas dinner at their Farnborough branch. We were received with a cold welcome, no smile, no asking us to follow the staff to our table. We chose to have the festive menu, wanted to have 3 courses.Thus wanted to order our dessert with the rest of our meal at the beginning. Our server told us to order the dessert later. 1. the starters were good. 2. they were out of the sirloin roast for Christmas @ 7:30pm 3. so, we ordered steaks - I ordered sirlion steak medium rear got medium, almost welldone - my sister ordered ribeye steak medium got medium rear. We didn't make a fuss about it and exchanged our steaks and ate them. 4. My son was really looking forward to have his dessert. When we asked if we could order our desserts the waitress said as the kitchen would close in few minutes it might not be possible. She knew we wanted to have desserts, she never came to us while we were having our mains and asked us if we wanted to order our desserts. She went to ask her manager and came back to us say that if we really really wanted to have deserts maybe they could do it for us. We said NO. Overall very very bad experience. I don't Know what the the reason was may why we were treated like that maybe because we were Asians or maybe because it was just Sunday our maybe because the staff are just unfriendly.

   I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to our waitress i think her name was Amy. She was incredibly nice, patient, and attentive, always checking in with a smile. Her positive attitude truly made the meal more enjoyable. Great service like this makes a big difference! Defo comin back.

   Food was really great (flavourful) very good portion sizes, couldn't finish my plate. Our waitress Amy was so wonderful, polite and swift service was provided. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

   Quite mediocre.. I expect a £18 burger not to be so dry and at least a little bit bigger. Wouldn’t say the price and 25 mins waiting while the restaurant is 2/3 empty on Sunday lunch worth it. The hostess lady didn’t allow me to choose an empty seat myself and told to wait to be seated while demonstratively continued to clear empty tables where no one was sitting

   The starter crispy calamari 10/10 but could do with a better sauce option. 8oz sirloin with peppercorn sauce and skin on chips 10/10 . My only issue is the music I felt like I was at a party not a restaurant. Radio adds and everything! Quite annoying if your on a date ...my dates food halloumi fries and 8oz sirloin stake his fries was nice but as I said there should be more of a sauce option his stake was 70% fat so he hardly had any of it . Drinks i had the sex on the beach which was nice .. the bill £52.67p

   10 of us had Christmas Dinner today and it was absolutely amazing. The portions were big and all the dishes tasted great. Loved the scallops and the sirloin Wellington especially. All the waiting staff were lovely despite having to give up their day with their families. Will be back next year. Thanks for making our day great.

   Good food doesn't make up for bad service. The food was fine, it took forever to come though. Also we had ordered onion rings, which never came!. The worst part is that the staff was not even bothered about all this. I kept waiving the staff, although I can see they were clearly seeing, they just ignored. While paying the bill, I thought they will apologize for the missed onion rings and bad service, but they didn't care. Maybe because it's a chain, they don't really care about the customers, but for me, I would never go to this place again. Spoilt our whole evening!!

   Smallest portion of sharing Nacho's I've ever seen. Menu said triple fried chips they where frozen chips not handmade. Asked for med well steak and it was well done so was a bit dry. Not the biggest portions either for what you pay. Paid extra for salad which was a small bowl. Was staying in the hotel so that was the only reason we ate there, probably wouldn't eat there again. Could of gone elsewhere like a local Indian restaurant and not paid much more for better food. I had to ask for my salad and my sauce as they didn't bring it. Waited over an hour as well for food

   First time we have been here pre covid and we're disappointed with the size off the portions for the price. The potatoe dippers used to come in a bowl and the portion was massive... £5.29 for a portion that wouldn't feed a child. Sat waited for almost an hour to pay. 3 waiting staff on a busy night and they were rushed off of their feet... usually come away stuff but unfortunately not this visit! Vert disappointed!!
