Had a delivery last week and they forgot the green chilli’s on an American Hot, but the pizza was warm. This week we had another delivery and they forgot the nduja sausage even though we paid extra for it and it was absolutely stone cold freezing. Won’t go back a third time. Lesson learnt.
Simply delightful evening meal with my son. The Four Seasons pizza was enormous, mouthwatering and nearly, but not quite, so substantial as to exclude my favourite afogatto to finish. All washed down with a reliable pint or two of London Pride. Great food, attentive service with a light touch and pleasantly quiet. Spot on, Pizza Express. Thank you.
Lovely young lady served us. Restaurant was empty. Food was atrocious. watery, cheap (but very expensive prices for what you’re getting) tasted like a defrosted microwave meal, no seasoning. And a sorry excuse for a piece of garlic bread that cost nearly £6! After the starters we tried to cancel our mains but they had already started cooking it. We tried it. It was awful. And I mean some of the blandest cheapest tasting food. I very rarely send food back, but I couldn’t fathom spending another £30 on this. However, the manager was understanding and didn’t pressure us when I said we won’t pay for the mains.

Ordered through deliveroo twice and have found the quality to be bad both times. Barely any toppings and cheese, food always luke warm.
Dropped in here about six months ago on our way home. It had such a wonderful atmosphere that we decided to return last night...yet again, a warm, extremely welcoming and lively atmosphere. Food never disappoints at Pizza Express. Pizzas always delicious. Last night we were served by the same member of staff as our last visit - Simon. Yet again he was attentive, warm and most engaging. What a difference this excellent standard of service makes to your experience. Thank you Simon!
The level of service I’ve received in the restaurant today was some of the best. The food presentation was next to none. I didn’t even know you did heart shaped dough balls, the lady offered me them and they tasted amazing! Thanks again, will be visiting soon!
First time this year we went in for a Pizza. Excellent service from Georgie general manger Leah our server and Jacob the chef. First time I have eaten all the Pizza I loved it best one I have had. Will definitely go again.
I ordered La Reine on a Romana base, the crust was burnt and there was little to no topping. We mentioned to 2 staff members all they could say that they we are sorry to hear that. Fortunately my teenage son ate it (and even he complained about it). Everyone else was satisfied with their pizza think I was just unlucky. The reason for my 2⭐️ is due to the staff coming across as they didn’t care about my unsatisfactory meal.
Pizzas are really tasty and a good variety. Good selection of starters and we find 2 courses more than sufficient. Really good kids menu and wines are reasonable. Would like to see ale on tap.
