Atrocious. On ordering, could see the random fries sat out and wondered if they’d cook fresh. Didn’t and surprise surprise, stone cold fries. Asked for a replacement and by then, my burger was cold. Big, old guy with a limp didn’t even apologise. Absolutely joke of a BK that desperately needs staff that care
Well where do I start Pay extra for loaded fries and they put some sauce over approximately 11 chips with a few pop corn chicken in a posh small box see photo. Then you pay for your gravy and you get a thimble of it
I went in here in a rush to order and the first machine wouldnt accept card so i tried another and found the same problem on every single machine so when i went to speak to the woman at the fromt she ignored me and walked off. I finaly got her attention and she used google translate as she didnt even speak english and at that point i just left. Shocking service i would never return

Yum. The best burger I've ever had. I don't usually eat at Burger King or any other fast food chains for that matter. But this branch seems to serve the freshest and tastiest burger! The gentleman who served me is an embodiment of 'hospitality'. You can just tell by the way he smiles and greets you. Highly recommend!
Hands down the worst Burger King I’ve been to - hopelessly disorganised, hopelessly understaffed - please try to understand people don’t want to wait for ages for a bit of hot food.
Have had food from here a few times - always tasted good and had good service so hats off.
A sign at the till asked for feedback on Google, so... I wasn't offered a receipt. There was no dipping sauce offered for my chicken nuggets. The food wasn't too bad. One server had a lot of work to do so it took a while. Every minute matters when you're waiting for a train
