   Such a lovely soft play. Every detail is thought through and such a lovely atmosphere. The staff serving drinks are also lovely which makes you feel welcome. Telling all my friends how great this place is!

   As I'm nearing the end of our Gym Jams days (my son is about to turn 4 so will be too old soon!), I wanted to write a much overdue review praising this amazing place. The equipment is always clean, tired/worn items quickly replaced, and the staff are always friendly - but what makes this place really special is how thoughtful all the little touches are, they have truly designed things with parents in mind. From the high chairs and and bouncers for younger children, to the huge array of hot and soft drinks for parents, a choice of biscuits, enough seating for everyone and a good view of the whole play area from every table, air con in summer and heating in winter, plenty of toilets nearby and an excellent playground outside if you arrive early or want something else to do afterwards - this place is seriously hard to beat when it comes to entertaining a toddler. Well done to the amazing team who run it! A true gem of a place and thank you for all the hours of fun over the years - we'll miss it!

   This is a great place for little ones — by far the best soft play around! However, I’ve noticed that during the 0–3 year-old sessions, there have sometimes been older children attending. I don’t feel this is very safe, as my daughter was really upset after some rough play, including shouting in her face and even falling onto her. It would be great if staff could be a bit stricter about the age limit for these sessions, as it could be dangerous for the little ones.

   Absolute lifesaver to occupy a toddler and bring a parent some sanity! Great selection of equipment all very clean and safe. Perfect environment to test out a bouncy castle too. Really friendly staff, nice drink selection and biscuits. Loads of easy free parking too and a playground outside if you have any more energy afterwards! I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

   By far the best soft play around for younger kids. My 15m old has the best time, rather than looking a bit wary and overwhelmed at other soft plays. Clean, friendly, lovely location. We love it.
