Communication has been fantastic and Kayleigh Rushby went above and beyond to support us through our house sale. They have certainly done all they can through a stressful time, to make it as easy as possible.

Great team. Sarah and team got our house move completed in 16 weeks. Were professional, responsive and attentive. Would use again. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I imagine people who dont understand the complexity with a property purchase. Keep up the good work.
Avoid, sold 2 houses with the Burton branch, neither were good experiences and both took way longer than average, stalled for time with unnecessary questions, emails went unanswered and we were constantly having to chase for answers, my advice? Use Skinner's of Burton who we've used twice, old school professional outfit, who are on tap for advice and did everything we requested.
I was recommended to use Adrian by a family friend. I found myself in serious trouble after making a poor decision when I helped out a life-long friend. I was very stressed and anxious, and the case dragged on for a number of years. From day one Adrian supported me and was available 24/7 to answer any questions. I truly believe if it wasn't for Adrian's legal advice my life could have ended up a lot different. I don't plan to get into trouble again but if I did, I would not hesitate to use Adrian again. Wouldn’t even rate this a one star. Been trying to complete a sale for 6 months. Dealing with Sarah southall is a joke. Never answers her phone, hardly responds to emails, keeps saying I have not provided everything. Trying to arrange a face to face meeting but no reply to emails. Even been in the office several times to try and see someone!!! No joy. At this rate I’m going to end up losing the house. Absolutely disgusting service, I have never known anything like it in my life. Very poor service. Would definitely not recommend and especially Sarah southall!!! In all honestly I’ve never actually spoken to her, it’s all the assistants. It’s a joke.
Sarah Southall and her colleagues provided excellent service throughout our house sale and purchase. They were professional and very efficient. They always returned calls and responded quickly to e mails. Crucially, they were always honest and willing to take the time to talk things through to explain how things were proceeding. They were recommended to us by a friend who had used them recently and I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.

Our property sale commenced just as we came out of the first lock-down and as we found, not all solicitors adapted as well as Smith Partnership to this process. Throughout, Sarah was professional, approachable and when our house purchase fell through empathy. We were so impressed that some months later when we found another property to purchase, we contacted Sarah to represent us again. Even though, by then, we were living some 200 miles away. Would definitely recommend.
