I am giving Nigel Davis 1 final week to respond to my multiple requests for call backs or emails to explain themselves. I will be following the formal complaint procedure next, which no doubt will lead to the involvement of the Legal Ombudsman. For now, please be warned strongly against using this company.

   Very poor. Person dealing with purchase of property got details of stamp duty in Wales wrong and I had to prove it which I did. Later, I wrote 3 times to her asking for details of fence responsibility and go no replies to my emails. Wrote another twice to her boss and got no replies again. Put my concerns on their generl enquiry page and got no reply.

   The cheapest quote definitely isn’t the best with this company. After 4 months of trying to proceed a quote for a simple house transfer, I was eventually told the price was wrong and provided by an unauthorised person? In the end they agreed to carry out the work and so started a series of abrasive interactions and being regularly ignored. Despite being made to pay in January 20, the completion documents hadn’t arrived by August 20 - when I enquired about this, Louise Bayley (in her usual condescending tone) told me it takes up to 6 months... I rang Land Registry who confirmed they had completed within 1 day in February 20. Louise had closed my file and forgotten to send the document. Grim company - avoid!
