   I completed last week on a leasehold flat using Timms. There were some intricacies to the lease that Julie Stewart explained to me clearly and was always welcoming of my questions. Although it was delayed in parts, Julie managed my expectations throughout and I felt reassured that all was in hand and I clearly knew where the process was sitting which put me at ease. There's nothing worse than being in the dark with one of the biggest and most stressful purchases you can make and Julie knows that so keeps you in the loop with all the detail you need as the buyer to make a well informed decision.
