   Contacted Pendragon Protect to review my Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover that I set up online. Due to my family history, the insurer excluded all forms of cancer, which I was disappointed about, however I thought this was normal. After speaking with Adam, he went away and spoke to all the insurers, came back with a new policy that wouldn’t penalise me for my family history and I now have a policy that covers me for cancer, which was my priority. Amazing service from the whole team at Pendragon Protect. Adam is an expert in his field and worked hard to get me the best Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover available. 100% would recommend.

   I have used Adam for several years now and have always found his service excellent. He is always very through and keeps you informed at every stage of the process. He clearly explains the pros and cons of various products, and is very patient with explaining jargon etc. Highly recommend Adam if you are looking for an Insurance Broker with integrity.

   Adam and Sophie helped us through the minefield of red tape to allow us to secure some exceptional policies for Income protection and Life insurance. Adam went through the policies and the fine print with complete transparency so we were completely clear on the fundamentals of each policy and there were no grey areas left. From experience this was a refreshing change when searching for insurance policies and their friendly and professional approach made it a pleasant journey. Would definitely recommend Adam to friends as we have ended up with the policies we wanted and most of all, peace of mind that eventualities are covered should the worst happen. Thanks again.

   I have never met anyone as hard working and dedicated as Adam at Pendragon. Having never had a life insurance product before Adam explained all the ins and outs to my partner and I and was able to talk through the different products available. As a rock climber and winter mountaineering enthusiast this presented Adam with an added challenge when arranging my cover. Its fair to say this was not Adams area of expertise when we met, but the level of work he put in to bringing up his knowledge was incredible so that I could be sure I would be adequately covered. He even discovered holes in the policies that a specific mountaineering insurance broker was offering. All his research and correspondence with the underwriters was made available to me so everything was very transparent and I could be confident that what I was signing up for was suitable for me. Adam is so thorough because he does not just tell you what the cheapest policy is, he provides advice, and as such it is as important for him to get this right as it is for you to get it right so he can be confident a claim will always be paid providing the information provided to him was correct. The specific mountaineering broker I mentioned did not provide “advice” and as such the hole in the policy they were offering me would have been my responsibility not theirs had I needed to make a claim against it. My point is, Adam puts in the long hours and does the hard work, his correspondence is exceptional and I am confident we are adequately covered. I must admit going into this process I was expecting an insurance salesman pushing me to make a sale, this could not have been further from the truth. Adam is friendly and professional and only wants you to take on a product when you are fully confident that it is right for you. By the end of the process Adam felt like a mate and I look forward to working with him again throughout life as our needs change.

He gently follows up with respect for my time and always outlines the parameters of the product he's found explaining his decision to choose a particular provider. He's a likeable and friendly guy who knows his stuff when it comes to income protection and life insurance.
