   I contacted Steve Duffy at Rival for renewal of our insurance for my removals company. Steve has done a fantastic job of obtaining quotes which have been significantly more competitive than our previous insurer. We had a few specific requirements due to some issues, which Steve listened to what we needed, helped overcome the issues and managed to secure insurance. When dealing with alot of insurance companies, its like talking to a robot.. Certainly not the case with Steve. Thank you, I believe I have found a broker who we will be with for many years in the future.

   Specifically about Steve Duffy, Account Executive From the moment we were in touch I knew Steve was someone I could trust and was knowledgeable, he helped me understand and clarify problems I was already having with a current insurer. In what was a time pressing situation, he was able to guide me through my options, quickly obtained quotes for me and ultimately made the situation a lot less stressful - just simply because… he’s a good, honest person. Because of circumstances out of his and our control, we didn’t end up taking a policy out via him. But I really wish we could have and we will definitely be in touch around the time of our renewal. A* service and the best interaction I’ve had in the industry, ever. Thanks Steve!!!

   ABSOLUTELY OUT STANDING WORK AND HELP FROM STEVE , the whole process was flawless went into much detail with me and explained everything and what the requirements are and what policy suits us best as a company , I could not thank this man enough as any company would understand insurance is always a long winded process for any company , without his help we would have been stuck and possibly not even be able to trade Steve found the right policy for us and beat what we was quoted else where I know he is a busy man I but I highly recommend this company and will never go any where else if it’s for renewals or my family insurance we will be coming back to him! Thanks again!
