   I had a very positive experience with Fix My Legals and would like to thank the entire team for their support. They were extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping me updated weekly and responding to all my queries within hours. All searches and paperwork were completed in just two months, which was impressive. Unfortunately, the sellers delayed the process, and my solicitor’s firm was later intervened by the SRA, which made me panic as I had already paid my deposit. The SRA deducted some search fees from the deposit, but Fix My Legals quickly stepped in and provided all the necessary evidence to ensure I received my deposit back in full. Even when some answers required time to investigate, they were transparent, gave me a clear timeline, and always got back to me within the promised hours. They also arranged a new solicitor promptly so my completion could continue without further delay. I really appreciate the team’s dedication, quick responses, and the responsibility they took to resolve every issue as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Fix My Legals if you want searches and paperwork completed efficiently and a firm that takes responsibility for the solicitors they appoint.
