   I'm extremely happy with the care & attention I was given during my overnight stay for a hip replacement operation. I give special thanks to Aruna & Fred on ward 2. Their gentle, caring manner was very much appreciated. The only slight downside was the lunch & dinner menu. There wasn't any choice of a proper cooked meal, though the chef's salad was excellent.

   • I received a polite and friendly welcome. • Throughout my visit, I was treated with care, respect, and dignity. • My consultant chose excellent music, which added a thoughtful and uplifting touch. • The only small improvement I’d suggest would be a slightly warmer temperature when changing into the gown. One small observation: After two unsuccessful attempts at inserting a cannula, it might be helpful to listen to colleagues’ advice.

   I had a private/day-case procedure in the Endoscopy department and the whole experience was really positive. The staff were all genuinely lovely and did everything they could to put me at ease. Terri in particular was fantastic - kind, funny, reassuring, and took great care of me both before and after the procedure - thanks Terri :) Everything was well explained and I felt fully informed. The department was clean, organised, and the process ran smoothly. Dr Reynolds was also very professional, calm, and comforting throughout. Overall, I felt very well looked after and I’m really grateful for the high standard of care from the entire team. I would happily recommend the team to anyone needing the procedure.

   Fantastic staff. Paul Spraggs and his lovely super efficient secretary Sharon in ENT. Plus Karen brilliant reception lady helper in Radiology MRI's, and amazing Desh in Radiology. Desh gave me the fastest and most pain free dye injection imaginable. He and his colleague were so friendly and kind. All of the staff and services here are superb. I am grateful, thank you.

   I Have so much praise for The Hampshire Clinic ..through all staff I have met..from consultant to secretaries to nurses to physios... Each visit I have I receive such a warm welcome...everyone is so friendly..people really do receive a personal experience..nothing is too much..and if you do have a query ..they look into it and check alls OK.. I was very impressed that my consultant phoned me himself...I can ask secretaries anything I want to know..you really feel a part of your care ..because they involve you. Having the hydrotherapy pool on site is brilliant for continuous care..as the physios know all about your treatment .. I cant thank them all enough for caring.

   Went in for day surgery, from the time I walked through the doors the service and care by ALL staff was fantastic! I was kept informed of everything, when there was a delay to my procedure was updated. I cannot fault them. Thank you again for the great service and care provided.

   From my first consultation with Mr Crawford, to the nursing staff, reception, theatre staff, housekeepers. Everybody is wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again should I need to. The food was lovely, every member of staff that I met treated me with dignity and respect. A massive shout out to Bubbles - she was a breath of fresh air! One of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. If you get to read this bubbles, keep on shining. You are an absolute credit to this hospital. Thank you all at BMI Basingstoke!
