“• I received a polite and friendly welcome. • Throughout my visit, I was treated with care, respect, and dignity. • My consultant chose excellent music, which added a thoughtful and uplifting touch. • The only small improvement I’d suggest would be a slightly warmer temperature when changing into the gown. One small observation: After two unsuccessful attempts at inserting a cannula, it might be helpful to listen to colleagues’ advice.”
