Consultant told me can walk in for blood test & apparently since 5yrs ago you now can't. You'd think that they would update their consultants so that they are aware of this
Straight in ! Even though I was 20 mins early and the electronic booking system won't let you log in until 10 minutes before your booked appointment time. One of their staff came and sorted my registration for me. 2 min wait and then in to see the nurse. As usual so quick.and efficient that I've never paid for parking on my numerous visits (you get 30 minutes free parking) Great service all round
Great service from the polite & friendly nurse. Quick and easy to sign in and get the procedure done.
Appointment bookimg system works well. Phlebotomists are excellent. Patient, thourgh and skilled.
A map indicating where to go from the Reception or car park would help people and staff to save time and be in time. A photo of a corridor doesn't.
Really I can't praise the hospital and staff enough, the staff are very kind and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. Couldn't be in safer hands.
