My child, who is on the autistic spectrum, visited DoctorsNow, and I can honestly say I wish every where we had previously visited, would treat him the way the staff did at this wonderful clinic. From the reception team finding us a quiet room to wait, to wonderful nurses talking directly to him with kindness, patience and respect. To the wonderful Dr Kris who dealt with us in such a way that we managed to get an ECG and blood pressure tested with an amazing nurse helping my son, throughout the whole process. My son kept calm the entire time. I have tried for years to be able to perform these test on my son, and I am confident in saying if it hadn’t been for the way we were treated at the clinic that day, it would of resulted in another hospital appointment without any tests being taken. I can honestly say what a breath of fresh air this clinic is with the most amazing, knowledgeable and kind staff. Thank you all so so much.
I have been a patient of Doctor Now for 10+ years. I have found the medical service to be thorough and comprehensive. The Doctors are compassionate and address any concern. I have really noticed their value since having my son, who is also a member. They always prioritise young children (who cannot explain their symptoms) and the offer of phone/ video consultations makes the service even more accessible. Doctor Now offer the responsiveness you need when you have a medical concern without the need to spend hours on the phone waiting for an appointment.

I have been a member of Dr Now for several years and they have been amazing. They are very caring. I see the same doctor (Dr Murray, who is truly the best doctor I have ever seen, she has been a Godsend) every 2 weeks who supports me with my health conditions. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of them and what a pleasure it is to deal with friendly and helpful reception staff. Compared to experiences elsewhere. This is my truthful opinion and I’m so grateful I found them.

Booked an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago, and was given a date and time for the appointment. Just over 2 weeks was the soonest they could fit me in. I was given a quote of £48 and this was confirmed in an email by the Receptionist who booked the appointment, with the Registration forms I had to complete and send back. After sending the forms back a couple of days after booking the appointment, I waited a few days and I didn't hear back, which I thought was odd as usually a confirmation is sent. I rang 5 days before my appointment was due, and spoke to a different receptionist who said there was no record of the appointment given to me 2 weeks ago, my registration forms had been ignored in their emails and not put onto their system. I was told she would call me back once she had looked into it, I never got a call back. I called again the next day and explained the situation again to a 3rd receptionist, who was understanding and did manage to fit me in on the original appointment day I was given. However the appointment wasn't going to be £48 like originally quoted, it was going to be £130! Absolutely don't touch with a bargepole, they can't even book an appointment correctly, quote correctly, or return your call when they say they would. Given an appointment then waiting almost 2 weeks to find out you don't have an appointment with them, is ridiculous. I managed to find another clinic to see me, the same day, with zero issues.
Dr Now staff are wonderful, I attending with my Son following a very stressful day as he had been hit on the head. I was very worried but Dr Chopra was kind efficient and very knowledgeable he diagnosed my son quickly and put my mind at rest. He even called me the next day to see how my son was. Fantastic service.
