    Comprehensive Insurance … only on a paper because when your car breaks down in the middle of a motorway making the driver stranded and his family stranded at the airport hundred miles away from home they offer you … NOTHING!!! So the question is why they sell you something called COMPREHENSIVE when it’s not and don’t give a toss about their most loyal customers.

    Absolutely shocking company! Been waiting over three months to have my claims settled, no correspondence unless I call up and argue! I’ve been in the motor insurance industry for over 20 years and I’ve never had an experience like this! First claim I’ve made I’m many years, and always pay my premiums in time, never had any issues -except when it comes down to paying out! That’s what we pay thousands of pounds for for times like these! Do not use these guys plenty of decent insurance out their, if you get stuck email me I’ll point you into the direction Disgraceful!

    In my 10 years of driving and being insured with various firms over the years, LV is the only company who have negatively affected my credit score for choosing to pay for my policy monthly, but once the policy is paid in full at the end it hasn’t then positively affected my score despite no payment issues. I have had three policies with LV, each one has knocked my credit rating down by 55 points, avoid LV!

    Paid me for the theft of my VW campervan which was great but sent a cheque out in the middle of a Pandemic so that I have to physically leave the house to deposit it lack of common sense is outstanding
