Would not recommend. Had a discovery call with someone who gave me two options one for online counselling and one face to face. I explained I wanted face to face and was told there is no point in face to face and I needed to see someone online and then asked for my card details straight away. I explained part of wanting therapy was to get out of the house and he then told me I would not be helped and hung up! Waste of time and insensitive to those who are seeking real support !!
