   When I felt there were no options available to us for our situation, Stuart's knowledge and experience meant we were able to get a very good deal. He has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process, even acting as a mediator when the lenders solicitors were being difficult. Despite this being totally out of his control or remit, Stuart helped facilitate this and reassured me along the way, putting up with my numerous emails.
