   At the eleventh hour my commercial broker decided to try and rip me off thinking that I was up the river without a paddle, however a couple of weeks later I was introduced to Charles at One Call Commercial, so I decided to give him a call. Charles was professional, amenable and understanding right from the start. I told him my issue and he promised to get back to me quickly, which he did. Now at this point Charles could have took advantage of my situation and financially gained but he did not, in fact he went well above and beyond the remit and saved me a substatial amount of money in brokerage fees. This happened a while back but to this day, any claims or questions have been dealt with incredibly well by Charles and everyone I have dealt with at One Call. One last point, I deal with a lot of companies and people and One Call seem to stand out from top to bottom by being a genuinly caring, compassionate and professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars! ********** there I did.

   So far, we have been waiting for this Company to sort our claim for 0ver 2 months, constant excuses like can't get a quote. We ended sending them our own quote, 2 weeks later still awaiting for it to be resolved.

   I have just renewed my public liability insurance with One Call and had to make three or four telephone calls to the company. Paige McCance, one of the account handlers dealt with my policy queries and changes I wanted to make and was fantastic in response and getting everything sorted for me very quickly. So nice to speak to a human and not have to be on hold for an extended period of time. Would highly recommend; thank you Paige.

   One Call Insurance Company is a very good company to deal with, they tend to find very competitive prices and have a exceptional back up service when things go wrong and one has to make a claim. I can highly recommend this Insurance company for all types of cover, i have been using this company for a number of years now for my business and vehicle insurance. This company doesn't need to give luring offers like a number of other company's do to get your business, because they are the best. I have dealt with two members of staff today and they were both excellent and professional in all aspects of my call. I name these two guys (George Knowles GK2 and David Chambers DC4) because they both need recognition for the good work that they do.

   I have used One Call for a few years in a row to insure a property that I am renting out because I had trouble selling it. They have been consistently good so I have stuck with them! I have no complaints at all and taking into account their service and their prices they have found better products than I was able to find on my own. I am genuinely quite impressed.

   I had been with my previous broker for many years, however due to the current climate, i wanted to see if i could make a saving this year on my Employers Liability Policy. One Call Commercial (Kieran) contacted me and he was extrmely professional, knowledgeable & had fantastic customer service skills from the outset. My policy is rather complicated however Kieran managed to improve both my premium & my level of cover whilst ensuring all of my details were up to date & accurate. I couldn't speak highly enough of One Call Commercial & i hope other business owners, like myself, take the leap of faith like i have. I will definitely be back in touch, later in the year, when my Motor Fleet policy is due.
