   We really couldn’t recommend Andy Pursglove our senior mortgage consultant at Weystone enough! We needed help with remortgaging our current house to rent it out and getting a new mortgage on our dream home. Finances were really TIGHT and there was SO many times we didn’t think it would be possible. However Andy kept professional throughout and managed to get us the best deal around, always making sure we were one million percent happy with everything. For 5 months he kept us sane (when he was probably going insane) and was literally available to help us with any questions or issues that came up from estate agents and solicitors, this guy did not rest until we got the keys to our new house. Seriously the nicest guy around and we really wouldn’t be sitting in our dream home now without Andy’s help, we’ve recommended him to everyone. Even after we got the keys he was helping us with house queries from personal experience and we know we could go to him any day and he would be available to help, even if that was a couple years down the line. We also had help from Ash-Lee at Weystone which went through all the types of insurance we would need - we were clueless as we’ve never been landlords before! Ash-Lee is also such a friendly guy and even helped us with additional things that he really didn’t need too as he wasn’t charging us a penny. I would also like to mention Megan (another lovely person) at Weystone who helped me organise a thank you gift for Andy. Seriously thank you to you all, we’re beyond grateful.

   If it wasn't for Andy Pursgloves' assistance, advice and knowledge over the last 8 months, I think I would have totally lost the will. He found me a mortgage, kept me updated throughout the waiting process and when the interest rates dropped, answered my many and varied queries throughout the process, talked me through all the complications, and was generally just an excellent help and a calming presence - he went way over and above in my opinion, and I'm very grateful to him for that. Also a shout out to Ash-Lee who helped me wade through suitable insurances quotes to make sure I am totally protected. Thank you both for making the long process less stressful than it could have been.
