   I was really nervous about the whole mortgage process and knew not much at all, but Ro made it so much easier than I ever expected. From day one, she took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel like any question was too small. She was always easy to reach whenever I needed her, and being able to contact her via WhatsApp made life so easy—I could just drop her a call or text whenever something came up. Ro was honest about my current situation and the implications of income/debt etc. but was still positive. When we hit a few bumps along the way, Ro kept me calm and found the best options to move forward. I never once felt like I was just another client—she was genuinely invested in getting me the best deal and just as excited about my new home as I was! I honestly wouldn’t work with anyone else.    Sims has been looking after my insurance policy’s for a few years now. I was hesitant at the start but when ash come to my home when it was convenient with me everything was explained thoroughly and professionally with the difference in policies and tailored to the business and kids. what I like the most is that I don’t have to do anything I will get a phone call to say I’ve found a better policy for you or a cheaper insurance with same benefits.    Ashley is great at making you feel at ease whilst you discuss the intricacies of your finances, your will commitments and your family circumstances. He made time to listen and have a full conversation, (in our home - so super convenient) to understand what’s important to us. He helped identify what we needed, and thing we hadn’t thought about. So the solutions and product he recommended were spot on. And of course we know that Ash and the team will have certain products they prefer and want to recommend, but these were genuinely good offers that he selected to benefit us. I also believe we got a very personalised service and we we’re happy the approach and the outcome.
