   Me and my partner are buying our first home together and from day one Charles and his team having been incredible and made every step so easy. Going into these things especially for first time buyers is a bit daunting, however this experience has been everything we could have wished for. Nothing was pressured, every question was thoroughly and swiftly answered. The whole process was made even easier with their portal, making everything clear and straight forward when needing to upload documents. On top of this they are all genuinely lovely people who really want to help make your lives easier during this process. All round this has been a fantastic experience for us and will be 100% recommending Montgomery Financial to everyone that may need their services.

   I honestly cannot thank Montgomery Financial mortgage advisor team enough, from the very bottom of my heart. From start to finish, Charles, Amanda and Shantelle never gave up on me. They supported me in every single way possible and showed nothing but compassion, empathy and genuine care throughout what has been an incredibly emotional journey. As a single mum to two very young children, this process was daunting, overwhelming and at times frightening, but they were there, solid and unwavering, every step of the way. They took late-evening phone calls, heard me cry, supported me through my panics and anxieties, and reassured me when I felt like giving up. Their patience, kindness and understanding went far beyond what I ever expected, and their communication throughout was absolutely outstanding. Because of their dedication and persistence, I now have my forever home, a secure, stable place where I can raise my children for the next 35 years. They are an admirable, inspiring, and incredibly professional team, and I honestly cannot fault them in any way.    Once you have used Charlie, you'll never use anyone else, why would you? Charles has just saved my bacon as his expertise saw the effects of current crisis and was able to react to the situation prior to the development itself!!!!! He was looking through a crystal ball!!!
