   Left work to a flat tyre, contacted Autohome. My policy had cancelled, I didn’t have my bank card on me to pay the renewal. Not a problem for Autohome, they arranged recovery of my Car and allowed me to make the payment for my policy when I got home. Had several phone calls from Customer Service Team to update me on status of the recovery vehicle and to ensure I had got home safely. Absolutely amazing customer service from Autohome 10/10 Certainly wouldn’t of got this level service for a cancelled policy with AA or RAC

   Broke down today, called Autohome,they called back after 5 minutes to say they had a recovery vehicle on the way, so polite and reassuring, within 25 minutes I was on my way home, and they even phoned to ask if I had arrived home safely. 5 Star service, thank you.

   Great service. The operator was really helpful, called to notify us of the arrival of assistance and the collection of the car. The roadside agent was fast and efficient and got the car home. Very good service would recommend.
