Fantastic pet shop. Friendly staff, who ordered rats for us. They kept them for a few days to check them and play with them. Gave good advice on how to care for them.

Kat is so kind & loving towards Barney , he loves going to see her and she always gives him cuddles. This time I went for a different groom with Barney a lot shorter due to the weather & have had so many people ask me where I got Barney groomed so have shared the love .
Had one of my dogs trimmed here recently, and what a great job the lady groomer done. Have used many grooming parlours for my eight dogs in the past and this one is the best to date. UDATE. had one of my German Shepherds stripped and cut today and she looks amazing. The amount of work the lady put in was above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Update April 25. Still great.

This is a great pet store and I would highly recommend it to local dog owners (I've only bought dog produces, so cannot speak for the rest of it, sorry).
We wanted to get a rabbit and had no idea where to start. Didcot pet store couldn't have been more helpful. We got everything we needed including a beautiful mini lop rabbit. A friendly service all on my doorstep. I look forward to supporting this local business on a regular basis.
Went in today to buy a canary to put in with our rescue one. Very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be going back to buy some more when our much bigger cage arrives!! Thank you!!
