   Awful Foods good but 3 orders through Uber and they tell me after 45 mins they can’t deliver as it’s still not ready wasting the drivers time and mine On top of this expected deliver was 15 minutes which I know the restaurant can alter so they are taking orders they can’t do. Last one was 75 minutes and then got cancelled and rhat was the final decision. It’s not Ubers fault

   Disappointed overall. ordered on uber and a huge quantity of the food was missing. My 8 year old is devastated as they had no food to eat. Went Mcdonalds instead for nuggets as i know they’d actually appear. When i complained about my ruined night of Burgerking, they offered me a measly £9.66- bit cheeky. Night completely ruined for my child. Furthermore, I had no drinks AT ALL to wash down my freezing cold meal. So disappointed, i normally like burgerking but felt let down. Movie night ruined, thank you Burgerking. Good customer service- greatly appreciated.

   Food was decent, but what is the point of ordering a table service, if you have to go to the counter to get it?! I waited a while for my order to be brought over to the table, but that never happened. Went to find out why. Turns out the server 'did not see the number on my table'!! How about if you actually move away from behind the counter and then you will be able to see the number I placed right in the middle of my table!!

   Whilst I enjoyed my meal the Wagyu burger I was incredibly disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. I first went to the toilet before ordering and I walked into the male toilet and thought a flood had happened, there was water(I hope) all over the floor, toilet paper in the cubicle and the sink and wall around the hand dryer were so dirty. Will I go back probably not. And the paper on the tray asks you to leave a review so this is my honest review requested by the tray.

   Really looking forward to having a Burger King as my partner and I really fancied one. However when ordering the food the woman at the drive through didn’t listen to what I said and I had to repeat myself. Then we had to wait for our food in the waiting bay which felt like forever. Just so you know there where like 4 people inside the resturant. Finally we got our food and the Order was wrong. Without sounding rude there seemed to be a language barrier issue. So went into the resturant to rectify the problem and the women said that’s what we ordered I was like no it was not. Very disappointed in this Burger King. Will not be going to this one again. I’d rather travel further away, for someone to actually listen to what we ordered.

   I'm really in a bad mood today because the service attitude when buying things in this place is very bad, especially when you have a mobile phone discount to buy things, I feel a little look down on people. Not a single customer because of the bad service attitude

   Nice and clean place for all family to enjoy. Plenty of parking and space inside. The food tastes very good and female staff serving was excellent. One thing I did see was the chap cleaning the tables never wiped any tables back after spraying it with chemicals. Nobody wants any poisoning here. But recommended for food and space.

   IN SHOCK! I called asking for the manager after an order was partially delivered. Tried speaking to an illiterate female, got nowhere. Manager (Roan Bates) answered with "I am the manager, how can I help you MATE". Told him my issue: - HE SAID GO THROUGH THE DELIVERY APP, I CANT HELP YOU" then hung up, before trying to blame the driver.

   Went through the drive through on a hot day (drivethrough is very narrow) only to find that ice machine is not working. Ordered two vegetarian meals only to find the plant based whopper tasted like cardboard, drinks were flat and I could count the number of chips on my plate. I paid around £15, was not provided a receipt and by the time I got home it wasn't really worth the hassle of returning for a refund. Note* when ordering, I was informed the plant based whopper isn't actually vegan. Although this is being advertised as vegan, it is cooked on the same grill as meats. This means there is cross contamination and furthermore this is false advertising to the public. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this franchise only to be lied to and ripped off.
