I've been using Ashworth Vets for the past 6 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have always taken care of my cats, even the difficult one. Also, I'm nothing but anxiety and worry and they have always done such an amazing job at reassuring me and helping me when I'm in a panic. Even though I've moved a little further way I will continue to use them. Highly recommended.
Ashworth at Cove have always been amazing with our pets. Our Rottweilers, Roxy and Ellie loved visiting, our cats obviously not so much!! The staff there are all so kind and helpful and it’s always lovely to receive their condolences card when one of them goes off over the rainbow.
Excellent service again this year for Tilly’s annual injection and check up. Advise on weight and joint care. I have been with Ashworth for 25 years. A superb veterinarian practice.
We have been dealing with Ashworth Vets since 2014 when we came to Farnborough, a highly dedicated team of Vets and Nurses who have served our many pets well. Their support team in reception and behind the scenes have gone above and beyond on occasions, especially with dealing with less than helpful insurance companies. You won’t go wrong if you choose Ashworth Vets in Cove (or in Fleet the few times we used them we got excellent service also)

I can’t praise the Cove practice enough! The staff always go above and beyond. Not only a great place for your pets but they also have a care of the families. So very kind and always there for advice. From the first initial contact to the actual visit and follow ups they provide a 10/10 service! Terribly let down by this vets, been with them for 9 years and 1st time we have had to use them For a medical condition. Reseption staff need retaining on customer service, very rude and started shouting in front of other customers very unsympathetic on 2 separate occasions they were running late over 1 hour which we didn't mind, we were 6 mins late and were refused our appointment even though it was a 2 minute check up. No longer with this vet, no longer trust their opinion but happy to take your money, it's seems that's their main priority.
We've used Ashworth for more than 10 years for all of our cat's needs. They have always been professional and reasonably priced. Sadly one of my cat's time to be put to sleep came very suddenly this week, the service has been amazing from them, compassionate friendly and no request to great from their staff. Whilst its been a very hard week, the pain has been lessened by the team, and am thankful we've used their services, and grateful for all their help. PS the fur in a heart was a lovely touch
