Pets in Farnborough

“Having seen Beth, Jacob and Rosie with our pets we really appreciate the care over last 4 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.”

“Ashworth at Cove have always been amazing with our pets. Our Rottweilers, Roxy and Ellie loved visiting, our cats obviously not so much!! The staff there are all so kind and helpful and it’s always lovely to receive their condolences card when one of them goes off over the rainbow.”

“Pets corner Farnborough.. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I was so impressed by the service I received at this branch that I felt compelled to do so. I recently purchased a product from this branch only to realise today that I had purchased the wrong product. On contacting the branch and explaining my circumstances, I fully expected to be greeted by a sympathetic response and a ‘sorry, there’s little we can do’. To my surprise I was warmly received and offered a full exchange of the product. This store has gone above and beyond my expectations and I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to both Sue and Gemma for their support and swift reconciliation to my issue. They are a credit to the company and have always greeted myself and my wife with warm smiles and attentiveness. They are knowledgeable of their products ready to assist on all occasions. 5 stars to pets corner and 10 stars to Sue and Gemma. Well done and thank you.”

“I took my 6 month old cockapoo to Viki today for her first full groom! After being messed around and unhappy with other groomers in the area it was such a relive to find a reliable, professional groomer who has exceeded my expectations! One very happy puppy and customer. Will definitely come again.”

“I came in to store on Friday 30th June for some advise regarding flea treatments for 4 cats - the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing and right on point with everything she told me to do. i picked up a ticket off the shelves and was told frontline is better so i purchased it instead - within 5 days all fleas are eradicated so thank you so much!! i even walked out with the £25 hooded cat litter tray and what a change that has made to my home already! Your staff are amazing in Farnborough and deserve a little treat from head office. I was frustrated and annoyed walking in but left feeling i’ve got great advice and help along the way so thank you so much to you all”

“Emergency appointment booked for the day, was seen very quickly and was really taken care of. vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made my cat feel pretty safe, tall order as she's quite a nervous thing. Building was clean and all steps were taken to maintain social distancing with from car queuing and plenty of hand sanitizer available.”

“So lucky to have found Hannah who walks our show cocker spaniel Oscar. We find Hannah, very kind, caring & honest. Oscar really enjoys his walks with Hannah. We love that Hannah posts videos of her walks on Instagram. It’s great for my older children to see what Oscar gets up too. Thank you Hannah!!”

“First visit today, the girls were polite and confident. Our handsome pooch came out looking beautiful”

“Regular stop for us if we want to get into London early. It's a Travelodge, clean but basic. Wetherspoons below but you don't hear it and they do a cheaper and better breakfast than the Travelodge.”

“My first experience of ear wax. Having used your wax removal service I just wanted to express my appreciation. Very easy booking process and was I delighted to receive a next day appointment given my hearing loss and increased ear ache. I was apprehensive but James who undertook the process was terrific in putting me at ease….. The treatment was a success…what a relief!! Would highly recommend the overall professionalism of Chapel Lane Pharmacy and specifically for anyone considering an ear wax removal service. Thank you great service”

“Our dog has been going to Basil's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! We wanted to make sure she was in a comfortable and loving home environment as she can be nervous, and Basil's ticked all the boxes. Natalia cares for each dog as if they were her own and our furbaby is always super excited to get to daycare in the morning, and suitably worn out in the evening!”

“Jo is absolutely amazing when it comes to grooming my cat Coco. I know Coco can be a handful but Jo has so much patience, love and care whenever Coco goes in for her routine appointments. Highly recommend this place especially if you’re looking for a cat groomer.”

“Great place, fantastic breakfast and friendly host. Thankyou”

“I would trust you with our girl any time, any day. Up pup n away made the difference between us feeling able to keep our girl and feeling that we needed to return her to the shelter. Rich's knowledge about dogs and understanding toward rescue dogs is to be admired. From our point of view you are a fantastic dog walker, full of patience and compassion and represent excellent value for money.”

“5***** Excellent 24/7 vend collection...great communication. Not been used to this service. Not had any experience on meds reviews yet...maybe even this is highly organised? Wait and see I guess. Impressed...not the only pharmacy that has spotted a need, but this is near enough to purpose a walk...so a win win! Thank you Team.”
