Very easy booking process and was I delighted to receive a next day appointment given my hearing loss and increased ear ache. I was apprehensive but James who undertook the process was terrific in putting me at ease….. The treatment was a success…what a relief!! “I came in to store on Friday 30th June for some advise regarding flea treatments for 4 cats - the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing and right on point with everything she told me to do. i picked up a ticket off the shelves and was told frontline is better so i purchased it instead - within 5 days all fleas are eradicated so thank you so much!! i even walked out with the £25 hooded cat litter tray and what a change that has made to my home already! Your staff are amazing in Farnborough and deserve a little treat from head office. I was frustrated and annoyed walking in but left feeling i’ve got great advice and help along the way so thank you so much to you all”
