Amazing place, was worried there was a queue but it was well staffed and the queue ceasar gone. Seen quickly for my appointment. A friendly, helpful pharmacist dealt with me; he asked all the right wuestions and proceeded with giving me a tetanus jab. Painless! Didn’t feel the needle go it. The whole place runs really smoothly. Glad I went there, thank you.
This place was phenomenal - both the pharmacist and the front line staff! The pharmacist was very personable, knowledgeable, and took time to understand my travel plans ans medical history. He also educated me on the vaccine, risk, and potential reactions. The front line staff was very accommodating - I accidently came in a day early and they still managed to fit me in promptly. Overall 5/5!
My first experience of ear wax. Having used your wax removal service I just wanted to express my appreciation. Very easy booking process and was I delighted to receive a next day appointment given my hearing loss and increased ear ache. I was apprehensive but James who undertook the process was terrific in putting me at ease….. The treatment was a success…what a relief!! Would highly recommend the overall professionalism of Chapel Lane Pharmacy and specifically for anyone considering an ear wax removal service. Thank you great service
I attended for travel vaccinations. James Martin (the Pharmacist) was very informative and made me feel like I knew all I needed to know about the countries I was travelling to. All side effects were relayed to me so I could make an informed decision. The appointment ran on time which was nice. The room I was in was clean and tidy. The vaccines were delivered professionally with minimal discomfort. Prices were reasonable compared to other clinics. Overall very pleased with the experience and would be happy to recommend.
Wonderful pharmacy, the team were friendly and helpful, phoned back when they said they would and Mak was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable, all quite difficult things to achieve in a high paced environment such as theirs! Thank you!
Ear wax removal - successfully unblocked two very blocked ears. James who who performed the procedure was incredibly patient, extremely thorough and very gentle. Thank you Chapel Lane, I feel like a new woman!!
Had a really good experience here. I was made to feel so at ease whilst receiving my travel vaccination and will definitely return if I require any other services. Could not recommend more- especially to those who normally find getting jabs a bit tricky!

It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The pharmacist was expecting us and had everything ready. With the current pandemic, I was a bit skeptical about using the consultation room ext. I must mention that every precaution has been taken to protect and safeguard customers. The consultation rooms had partitions between the pharmacist and myself. I also had the opportunity to see the automated process of dispensing medication. State of the art technology. Well done guys. The community in Farnborough , Hawley, Blackwater and Cove are really lucky to have such a world class service at our doorstep. July, 2020 I’ve been to this pharmacy a good few times. Today I went to collect my medication. The service provided by Mac and his team are excellent. I could see a happy team working in there. Social distancing measured clearly demarcated. Easy parking. The pharmacy is in the middle of a parade of shops. Well done guys
