   I attended the pharmacy with my poorly 2 year old this week and received incredible help from the lovely pharmacist who called ahead to 111 through the professional line for me, and even called me again the next day to see how my little one was getting on. He really deserved every one of those 5*. Thank you!

   Not even 1 star. Cancelled flu jab with less than 24 hours notice. No explanation and no nowhere to get a jab as all booked up. 3rd time this has happened.

   I visited Tesco Pharmacy in the evening on Friday last week, my daughter had a bad cough that she couldnt get rid of, so I hoped I could get help from the Pharmacist. I informed the teller that I need to talk to the pharmacist, unfortunately the pharmacist was on the phone, he couldnt be bothered, so after about 5-10 minutes of waiting we decided to go outside to get mobile reception as I was waiting for a parcel delivery. When we returned, the same pharmacist was in front of the computer, having his dinner. The teller informed him we wanted to see a pharmacist and he couldnt be bothered, he asjed the teller to ask us what the issue was and then the teller returned to him and informed him. It was madness. I dont know how such a person can keep a job.

   I’m on a lot of medications my daughter went to collect my prescription and they only gave her 1 box of antibiotics. I have run out of my other meds that are important for my health and it was prescribed before the antibiotics and was not given to her, I have had it with them. It has happened more than once. This creates so much anxiety for me. I will be changing pharmacy.

   1 star is being generous I would give 0 if I could. One of the pharmacist there was easily the most unhelpful and rude person I have ever met. I went in for an emergency prescription and he just made it difficult for me to the point I had to actually walk away and am still left with out them! Will never use them again even if they are the only pharmacy open.

   I have been using the Tesco Meadows Pharmacy since 2012. The staff have always been polite, helpful and efficient. Prescriptions sent through from my surgery are ready within a few working hours and they send a text to let you know it is ready.
