I changed here from a previous vets when my 20 year old cat passed away. I have been with them since we got my puppy in lockdown. Our dog Ozzy is 5 Boxing day.The staff are kind and caring from Reception to vet nurses to Vets. Ozzy and I love visiting them. Annabel and Chris are exceptional vets. Wokingham Medivet vets are great too when Ozzy had an emergency stay and they are much more affordable to other vet practices. I pay the monthly fee £16.50 that covers 10 percent off treatment, vaccines, flea, tick, wormer 6 monthly checks and yearly check and they are happy to generally give advice whenever. I don't know all the staff names but the one receptionist I always remember is Mary who I've seen both at Frimley Green and Wokingham she is kind hearted and is very knowledgeable. I think that all the staff at Medivet really enjoy their job and to me that speaks volumes. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Medivet. Happy Christmas, Happy New Year and to a great 2026 Love Ozzy and the Munday Family

very happy with my first experience at our local clinic. The vet was kind and gentle during my young kitten's first appointment. A very positive experience.

Just cant do it anymore, i want to like this place because ive had dogs with them for 20+ years but after expensive consultations, poor advice which has ended up sending us to specialists (he didnt need to go to a specialist, it was his tail but they assumed his spine cus he has previously has IVDD and upon asking for an email to be sent to specialist to confirm it was the wrong diognoses so we could cover insurance, they refused, then the vet failed to contact me back, ended up paying nearly 400 pound for a ‘specialist’ to literally look a him for 5 minutes with no actual diagnosis then we went back to kynoch and the ‘better’ more experienced vet saw it was tail so gave him something and it cleared it up within two weeks) i just struggle to give a great perspective of them, i always leave this place with a 100 pound bill at least for ten minutes of looking at my dog and a very basic medication like a cream or anti inflammatory, i know its expensive this country for vets but when they give you poor advice and send you down a hole that costs hundreds, thats poor service, currently my boy Louis has a bad paw thats been sore for about 2/3 months from constant licking and im frightened to take him to get cream/medication/advice as baby on the way and cant afford hundreds of pounds on more vet bills, duno what to do.

Always fantastic service received from everyone at Kynoch Vets. We have taken all four of the cats we have owned here and they have helped us through severe illness with the first one, resulting in having to put him to sleep, and death by a car accident with the second one. We know that with our latest two Bengal kittens that they are well looked after by the staff at Kynoch.

I had to pay a visit to Kynoch vets after I tried to jump a fence that was a little beyond my physical capabilities. Chris tidied me up and gave me little injection to aid my recovery, I didn't feel a thing. The reception staff are always courteous and make a fuss of me. I'm back home now on the mend and ready to have another crack at that fence. Thank you all for your help. Stanley Cat

Follow up appointment today lasted less than 5 minutes to be told that our dog's skin was healing. Yes we could see that! No other relevant advice. Cost £42. What a joke. After 5 dogs and 3 cats and loyalty for over 30 years now looking to move to another vets who charge less than £504/hour for absolutely zilch.
