“We have been taking our cat to these people all of his life. They are very kind, caring and have always been able to sort our boy. Sadly I had to take him for his last journey last week, but they couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. They made the worst into the best it could be.”

“Been coming to Elm Cottage with all our animals (cat, dog and bunnies) for several years and always had a great professional service. We recently had to put our cat to sleep and the service received by the vet team was superb, caring yet professional. Our dog looses her usual bouncy confidence once in the door but at each vet visit gets given so many treats and cuddles from the vet so she doesn't mind going. Highly recommend!”

“Today our beautiful 14 year staffie visited the vets for the last time. I just want to thank George Danielle and the other nurse sorry don't know your name for today. You were amazing with Jess and us such a peaceful end to our dogs life. George explained everything and what could happen.
