Have recently started using this vet after becoming despondent with the care received by the vet I've used for years. So far I'm very impressed, my jackapoo has addisons and is tricky to treat. . No blasé attitude just good honest diagnosis and care plan.
Moved vets recently as had Elm cottage recommended by a few people. Love the fact they are pro raw, holistic and natural where appropriate. I've been able to see the same vet everytime recently for an ongoing condition which has just made all the difference and have got an appointment quickly. Never rushed an appointment, felt I could ask anything and fees have been very reasonable. So glad I moved, worlds apart from previous vets!
We have been taking our cat to these people all of his life. They are very kind, caring and have always been able to sort our boy. Sadly I had to take him for his last journey last week, but they couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. They made the worst into the best it could be.
Our poor little Willow had a poorly eye but George looked after her so well and gave her drops for her eyes. Turns out she has generally sensitive skin which can also give her sore eyes. George is a brilliant vet and is so gentle with Willow. Would recommend him to anyone.
I have just experienced the worst, most unprofessional & rude appointment today. The vet even had to look up on the medication leaflet as they were so inexperienced they did not know the product of what they are giving. I have been a dog owner for 30 years and I've never been so insulted in all my life. I will never return to this practice.
I am very happy with the care of Dr Djordje Vucovic for my cat Moka. He was very professional, supportive and compassionate and he addressed efficiently both the animal's needs and my worries. I cannot thank enough him and the clinic for seeing us quickly, on the same day of calling. The cat is already relaxed and seem a lot happier. Highly recommended service!
Super knowledgeable with guinea pigs! Such good care from the vets, they take time to explain their reasoning.
My usual vet was fully booked when my dog had a seizure so they sent me here. Everyone was so friendly but Charlie went above and beyond, was very thorough and even asked if I was ok at the end as it had been rather traumatic. 5 stars just isn't enough.
Totally love and trust it here. The staff are so lovely and I have been taking my dogs for many years. Sadly I have taken my very loved jack Russell for her final visit and had to have her put to sleep. Charlie was so lovely to that little old lady and beyond amazing with me. Thank you Charlie and all of your team. You are all such wonderful and caring people. Thank you so much
