This place wants shutting down biggest waste of £30 I’ve ever spent food was cold and soggy. I can’t believe they get away with send food out like this
SCAMMERS. If I could give 0* I could. Placed an order with them through Just Eat. App said it had been delivered even though we had no knowledge of it. I tried phoning them 7 times before someone answered. They claimed the driver had knocked on our door (they hadn't) and that they'd tried to call me (they hadn't). I asked them if they'd gone to the wrong address as it has happened before, and they were adimant they hadn't. When I asked them to try and bring it out again or give me a refund, they hung up on me. I rung them straight back, asked again, and after 10 minutes of arguing they said they'll refund me but to never order from them again. Terrible customer service and all out tried to steal money from me. No way did they even come to my house with any food. Avoid at all costs, they're just going to try and rob you. Deserve to be out of business.
Was waiting over an hour for my food, wanted to go to bed but could not. When the food arrived, about an hour and a half late, I received no apology from the driver. The food was fully cold and didn’t even taste good, tasted hardly edible. Ruined my bloody night.
They claim that they're open until 6am on Uber Eats, but if you order at any time after around 2am, your food will never arrive, they won't answer the phone or explain what's happening, and you'll lose your money, don't waste your time.
I totally do not recommend, I ordered food at 11.50pm and the delivery driver rings me at 2am in the morning to deliver the food. When trying to contact them for an update they do not answer the phone. Awful service do not recommend for delivery, upon reading the reviews this is a recurring thing beware before ordering.
I never wrote review in my entire life but this is my first. This restaurant is worst i har ever seen in my entire life I ordered food at 3am and i got my food at 4:35am. They told to just eat that they delivered food but no point of contact. Restaurant phone number is Switchoff. Worst day of my life after 13 hours of work i literally slept with hunger for 2 hours. I never recommend this restaurant ever.
I never post reviews, but this was so bad, I felt a moral obligation to. I Ordered this around 1am, it eventually came around 4am and the delivery driver seemed surprised that he had woke me up. The chips were soggy and undercooked, and the chicken, which tasted awful, gave me diarrhoea. After reading the reviews, it seems a lot of people didn't receive their food, they are the lucky ones. Avoid, unless you are after a slow painful death.
Delivered within a good time, especially for a Ripley visit. And my area doesn't really offer food at 1am on a Thursday morning. Food was hot Cost £19.50 Inc delivery for donner kebab and chips on Nan and a burger £4.50 of that was delivery. Was a bit disappointed in what I got for the price asked for salad with the chips and meat and only got 7 strands and the thickest Nan ever. Partner said the burger was OK but definitely not as described. Delivery driver very polite. Thank you for coming.
