   Just Eat stated it would be 20 minutes for delivery, so I ordered from here and then my friends ordered dominoes. Their food arrived 20 minutes, mine, arrived 1 HOUR and 10 minutes later. The cheese on the chips hadn't melted because the chips were cold, the onion rings were soggy and cold and the burger meat was cold. The nicest part of the burger was the lamb Donner, unfortunately was also cold. I'd never order from here again

   Don't order a kabab from here, meat is worse than dog food. Hi, I ordered a mixed pepper, onion and mushroom Donner kebab with chips and a mixed kebab. The meat was so dry and unpalatable it looked like it had been carved days ago. The special sauce should be stated it's a chilli sauce I wasn't expecting something so hot. Both meals were put in the bin I didn't even give any to my dog. £18 wasted, I was really looking forward to a nice kebab as a treat, absolutely gutted.

   The food is always of a great standard and delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Delivery is always tracked well and if you need anything, calling up to change etc isn't too much trouble. An all around fantastic venue serving great food at greater prices. Thank you guys!!    Took the plunge and ordered the big box type meal these guys do. It was pricey, but, I feel was worth every penny! It arrived hot, quickly, even the fries were still crispy! It was quite spicy, but that again, was a plus as the sauces, and marinades were great, not the usual cheap chilli sauce most places seem to use these days.. Very pleased with it overall, shall be returning again, thoroughly recommend.

   We have ordered from Sams grill in Shepshed often and we have never had any issues, we have always been pleased with the food and quality. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the meal we received tonight. First of all the order took ages to arrive and the delivery time had to be changed for a further 30 mins due to not arriving. The food the arrived was well disgusting. The pizza made me sick due to how salty it was which meant it had to go in the bin. The chips arrived cold and the burger was burnt to the point it also had to go in the bin as recked the taste of the burger. We are so shocked and disappointed for the lack of quality and safety of the food we recievd tonight.

   Just have my food arrive and all I can say is wow! The peri strips taste so fresh and so flavourful without being overpowering and the mixed kebab is easily the nicest kebab I’ve ever had and it’s a fair drive from sams grill to my address. Definitely recommend I’m so glad I ordered you have definitely found yourself a regular customer guys well done great perk and the delivery driver was so kind and smiley

   Ordered from coalvile. Food came hot.. I was surprised how nice the food was every item was absolutely banging. Nicest kebab I've eaten in ages both donner and chicken.. wings was fall off the bone.. seasond well with a good kick.. price is fantastic. Will be getting many takeaways from this little gem.
